Ideas to make it better:
- Add specific categories to the challenge — most romantic, most useless, most likely to belong to a villain — and vote on a winner for each
- Whatever you buy for each other, you each have to wear or carry it for the rest of the outing
- Try to assemble a complete outfit for each other under $20 total and model them at the end
- Hit two or three different thrift stores in the same trip and compare what each neighborhood's shop has to offer
